Satisfy your appetite and help others with your morning cup of joe or a multicourse meal during Dining Out for Life. More than 110 local restaurants donate at least 25 percent of each bill to benefit Saint Louis Effort for AIDS, a local nonprofit that benefits people living with AIDS.
