LemonShark Poke opens Wednesday in Clayton
The latest LemonShark Poke location will open for business in Clayton. The fast-casual eatery debuts tomorrow, Wednesday, July 24 at 33 N. Central Ave.
The Clayton shop is the 18th for the California-based company and the first in Missouri. Billed as “the healthy, friendly poke concept,” the menu features a variety of poke and poke-style bowls, including build-your-own options, with proteins ranging from traditional tuna to squid to lemongrass chicken and a wide variety of toppings and sauces.
According to Maria Winn, director of franchise sales and community for LemonShark Poke, the company spends a lot of time researching potential spots for its restaurants. “[Clayton] is a great fit,” she said.
Winn said the Clayton LemonShark is waiting on approval of its liquor license but will eventually serve a selection of beer and wine.
LemonShark is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
