18 places to celebrate 314 Day in St. Louis

Tuesday, March 14, is the day we set aside for 314 Day, an all-out celebration of all things STL. You’ll find events, deals and discounts being offered all around the city and covering everything from music and sports to fashion and dining. Of course, at Sauce we’re most interested in the latter, so here’s a guide to how restaurants, bars and events are celebrating 314 Day with food and drink. 

314 Day Experience @ Work & Leisure
Hosted by Bradenstl and chef Juwan Rice, this event at Work & Leisure includes samples to taste from a number of local restaurants. The event will also feature entertainment celebrating the best our local culture has to offer. The organizers also plan to raise funds to cater a special meal for the students of CVPA High School and Collegiate School of Medicine and Bioscience, following the tragic shooting at the schools in October 2022. Some of the local brands taking part include Mai Lee, Nudo House, Clementine’s Naughty & Nice Creamery, Lucia’s Pizza, Old Vienna, 4 Hands Brewing Co. and Switchgrass Spirits. Alpha Brewing Co.
A number of treats are available at Alpha Brewing Co. for only $3.14 each, including single Alpha tacos, a dessert, and draft pints of Boat Beer or the Fyler Flyer. 

Butler’s Pantry
Order a pie for $20 at Butler's Pantry. Three flavors are offered: lemon, cherry, and chocolate cream. Online ordering is available here. 

Eckert’s Farm
Eckert’s Farm celebrates Pi Day with a buy one, get one free offer on an Eckert’s favorite, the Dutch apple pie. In order to qualify for the deal, orders must be placed for pickup on Tuesday, March 14. A portion of the proceeds from sales will be donated to STEM STL.

Goshen Coffee
Goshen's signature housemade pastries will be on sale at $3.14 

Hi-Pointe Drive-In
Hi-Pointe's St. Lunatic is a sandwich built for 314 Day. It’s a single cheeseburger that also includes a barbecue pork steak, toasted ravioli, Red Hot Riplets and Provel, served between two circular St. Louis-style pizzas that stand in for a burger bun. 

Imo’s Pizza
Buy any Imo's pizza and you can get a medium pizza with one topping, paying only $3.14 for that second pizza. Use promo code 314DAY to access this offer. 

Lefty’s Fried Rice
Starting from 3:14 p.m. on March 14, Lefty’s will be offering a number of menu items at $3.14: a half-portion of fried rice (chicken or plain), four crab Rangoons or four "dragon" wings. In addition, you can order a hot braised chicken or cauliflower combo with a soda for $13.14, or a Lefty’s sampler pan including a variety of eats for $31.14. 

Lion’s Choice
Present a coupon at Lion's Choice to receive a large concrete (any flavor) for $3.14 from any of the roast beef sandwich purveyor’s St. Louis locations. 

The Marquee Restaurant & Lounge
A special 314 Day edition of The Marquee’s brunch. Reserve a booth for eight diners, with bottle service, for $314 (price includes one bottle of Belaire Champagne and one premium bottle of spirits). 

McArthur’s Bakery
Pick up an 8x8-inch gooey butter cake at McArthur's Bakery for $3.14. 

Mission Taco Joint
Mission Taco Joint brings back its toasted ravioli taco for 314 Day. The taco’s building blocks are Italian-seasoned meat served on a Parmesan-crusted crispy corn tortilla, with toppings including shredded Provel, parsley, Parmesan and marinara sauce. Grab one for $3.14 on March 14, available for dine-in only. 

Nudo House
At Nudo House, March 14 is 3-1-PHO Day! This year, the restaurant is honoring the day with a special lobster pho, a nod to a collaboration that owner Qui Tran did a few years back with Ed’s Lobster Bar in New York City.   

Schlafly
All Schlafly locations are offering $3.14 pints and half-price pizzas on March 14.

Schnucks
All local branches of Schnucks are offering two slices of pie for $3.14. 

Urban Chestnut Brewing Co.
Starting at 3 p.m. on March 14, Urban Chestnut's location in the Grove is offering $3 Urban Underdog lagers and a thin-crust St. Louis-style pizza with sausage, green peppers, red onions and Provel. 

Wine Down Café x Sugarwitch
Sugarwitch is closed on Tuesdays, but you can grab one of their ice cream sandwiches over at Wine Down Café on March 14. Also, stop by Sugarwitch with receipt from Wine Down Café dated March 10 to March 14 to enjoy a 14 percent discount.

Zenia Bar & Grille @ Marriott St. Louis Grand
Zenia is offering slices of pepperoni pizza for $3.14, with a special cocktail, STL Delight, also available for 314 Day.
